About Me

I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. In 2021, I further expanded my skill set by obtaining a license in massage therapy from Sterling Health Center in Dallas, Texas. Throughout my career, I have always strived to find the best certifications and education to assist my clients in reaching their goals and recovery. As a soft tissue rehab specialist, one of my deepest passions lies in helping individuals discover alternative pathways to healing, ultimately restoring hope and facilitating a sense of empowerment in their recovery.

I work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with neurological disabilities, athletes, military veterans, and everyday workers. Each client's experience is unique, and my goal is to encompass a whole-body approach to meet each individual's specific needs by viewing the body through the fascial and nervous systems.

I utilize unique techniques that provide effective results, and clients can feel a significant difference after their first session. I always want to deliver a personalized session centered around understanding each client’s goals and incorporate techniques such as Advanced Muscle Reconstruction, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and electron-plus therapy.
